Wedding Worksheet

Please complete this as best you can so we can put together our initial estimate/ quote for you. Once completed, we will have an estimate back to you within 48 hours. If you wish to work with us, please sign and return your estimate and we will collect a $250 non-refundable deposit at that time.  You are able to make changes up until 2 weeks prior to the wedding and we adjust your estimate if any changes were made. Two weeks prior to the wedding date, we send you a final invoice (with your deposit applied) and payment is due in full.
