15% Back to Your School Team, Club or Organization
Louisville students and parents -- Because school formals had such a big part of inspiring us to launch the studio, we wanted to give back by offering our school dance flowers to Louisville area schools (corsages, boutonnieres, nosegay bouquets) with 15% of sales for any flowers sold for that school's event going back to the school (through the PTO, Student Council, Club, Athletic Team, etc. that requested the fundraiser).
from all the corsage, boutonniere and bouquet orders for your next formal, prom or father/daughter dance.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
1.) Any interested school or school organization can get started by completing the event request form below. This allows us to check whether any other group at your school has claimed that dance/prom/event as a fundraiser.
2.) If approved, we notify you within a few business days and then supply you with a digital flyer (for emailing, posting and printing) and social media graphics to promote the fundraiser.
3.) Your fundraiser is activated. When a customer puts an item in their cart, they must select what event it's for, and which pickup date they want. This allows us to know which sales are yours and which day to have them ready for pickup.
4.) Within approximately 10 business days after your event, you will receive a check (by mail) for 15% of pre-tax sales for any orders purchased for that event.
Because we are a boutique floral studio, we are not open for walk-in pickups on prom/ dance flower orders. This is why our delivery is just $5. However, corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets are all available for pickup the day before or the day of your formal (customer chooses) at your school. We will always have those two mornings available for your customer pickups, while maintaining the fresh integrity of our flowers.
